The Impact of Political Discourse on Iraqi – Saudi (2003-2017)

Abstract

The Iraqi political discourse has been balanced in light of the war on "ISIS" and beyond in establishing good relations with the Arab countries, especially the GCC countries, Which reflects a new trend of Iraqi policy in strengthening relations with regional countries, especially Arab ones In particular Saudi Arabia in light of the new rapprochement between Iraq and its regional framework, The exit of Iraq from the war, "ISIS" victorious encouraged the Iraqi political authority to adopt a new speech towards the Arab countries reflects a stage  Of the understanding between Iraq and the Arab countries, as opposed to a new speech of the Arab countries towards Iraq In the context of regional interactions change in their interactions and alliances and there are several crises going through the Arab region Such as the Yemeni crisis and the crisis of Jerusalem and the Gulf crisis. Therefore, the Iraqi and Saudi parties see that they are in dire need of understanding among themselves and avoid making crises.
