Abstract

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and we seek help and blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Master of the Messengers, and on his pure and talented family. After that, the Arabic language is one of the vital living languages that have succeeded in overcoming its name for decades.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) Arabic, emphasizes the most important That, and taken care of, and preservation of ignorance and negligence.
And the attempt to determine the location of the Arabic language in the legacy of civilization and modernity; the approach addressed the dialectic concept and the term of heritage and modernity and look at the relationship between the existing. The research reached the following results:

2- Modernity does not mean the denial or destruction of the inherited; but one of the other provides positive data and attitudes, and we mean the modernity that pervades the ideas and positions and forms and fused in them. We do not mean the surface modernity that remains in the horizon of things from the outside and do not try to go beyond that to the depth and roots.
3- Modernism accommodates the evolution of style and creativity, and relates to the sensitivity of the window in keeping up with the variables and dealing with them, as well as being aimed at revoking the constants that the society draws without real awareness and understanding.
4- The Arabic language absorbs the full visions and visions of the past, present and future, in which social dialogue is celebrated as it generates the culture of society and its development. It is a true model of the development of society in its relations (social, cultural, economic and political), it cannot be overlooked, the community deals on a daily basis, fulfilling all its requirements. Human civilization requires a sophisticated language to accommodate and keep up with its progress.
