Abstract

The crisis of displaced people in Iraq and especially in Tikrit is considered one of the most prominent humanitarian crises, displaced people are found living in schools' buildings and others in buildings that are still under construction, all that has led to several social psychological and even educational issues.
In addition to that, social problems may extend to cover all the negative entries in the dictionary of social sciences like family disintegration, domestic violence, poverty and starvation, children are the ones who suffer the most because a child receives his social values from his parents, they're implanted deep down inside of him. These social values accompany the individual through his whole life and this does not only affect his character-building, but also the growth of his psychological faculties, thus if the family was doing its job based on educational foundations, it would lead to a straight proper behavior, yet of there were some defects or if moral domestic violence prevails, that would lead to a corrupt improper behavior that doesn't go along with the social morals and values. Moral domestic violence doesn't only leave physical traces on a child's body but it leaves greater traces upon his heart and mind, it devastates emotions, it kills love and it affects his interactions among his family alongside his personality. Negligence is one form of moral domestic violence and negligence itself contains several forms like abuse, emotional deprivation, education deprivation and malnutrition which is related to the physical integrity of the body. Therefore, the family plays an important role in community building, it represents the soil in which the child grown since birth and the source from which he draws all types of knowledge in his life.
