Abstract

After the end of the military operations and the withdrawal of armies from the cities and areas controlled by them, the French government began to plan to work for the repair and reconstruction of what was destroyed by the war, and think about how to draw the financial , especially as the volume of destruction large, and the government sought to form the competent committees to work, The successive governments have faced many difficulties in the process of returning the displaced to their areas and housing process until the start of the reconstruction process, as well as the difficulties faced by the government in determining the proportion of damages and the determination of compensation owed by the injured, so the authorities resorted to the adoption of Guan N especially the return of the population and compensation for property destroyed during the hostilities ,The research was divided into several paragraphs, which dealt with determining the percentage of damages. The most prominent measures taken by the state to address these damages were the issuance of laws and regulations for the return of displaced persons to their areas and ways of granting loans for building purposes. France, conclude the research on the most important results of the reconstruction in France.
