Abstract

Despite the importance of civil society organizations and the importance of its work and its role, but it cannot work without taking into account the circumstances and environment in which it operates and surrounds, and this applies to the work of civil society organizations in Iraq, and this environment and circumstances may include incentives to help In their activities and may be the reverse when they include certain situations that may themselves be obstacles hinder their work.
