Abstract

The study discussed the subject of the insurance contract between Sharia and law. The research presented the definition of the insurance contract and then entering into the legal and legal view of the insurance contract, as the insurance contract is a means of reducing the risks to the individual in his money or entity during the period of his life in order to mitigate it. The insurance contract is of great importance in the lives of individuals and the statement of different views towards it, especially what affects the lives of individuals (legal and legal).
