Scholars of the Land Beyond the River through the book of Alansab of the Samani (562 A.H / 1166 A.D). From the third to sixth-century A.H
Abstract
This study aims at shedding light on the scientific movement and the role of modern scholars and other sciences in the scientific and cultural life in the country beyond the river during the period in which al-Sama'ani experienced many political, social and intellectual events that passed through the cities of the Islamic East. The research included an overview of the geography of the country beyond the river, and another of Abu Al-Mufaffar al-Samaani and his book( the genealogies), in which we reviewed the factors that contributed to the attraction of scientists to the country beyond the river, and the nature of their arrival and residence, as well as what was known about their tendencies and scientific disciplines. The research explained the most important scientific findings.
