Abstract

The elections are no longer seen by some as merely a procedure and mechanism of the democratic process without linking them to the interaction, attraction and disparity between the political actors within the state, which are announced through the elections, which have become a very important tool and means in In terms of the management of conflicts and political conflicts that may permeate the democratic process, who sees himself as entitled to power to enter the electoral arena to reflect those eligibility through the electoral process, not through the use of violence and power to obtain that power, there is no democracy without There are no elections, no free and fair elections without a democratic environment in which elections can take place in an atmosphere of democratic values.
