Look at taxes and provisions of the land in the heart of Islam through Shafi'i jurisprudence in the book "Mother" (d. 204 AH / 819 AD)
Abstract
This study deals with the identification of some features of the Islamic economy by reviewing a number of tax procedures and analyzing them such as tax, abscess, spoils and hospitality, as well as land provisions such as fever, in it. The study also discusses some issues that indicate the difference of scholars in how Muslims treat open lands.
