The importance of this research lies in extracting the jurisprudential opinions of Ibn Hazm and comparing them with the jurisprudential opinions of the scholars of the other schools of thought, and presenting them in brief form to benefit from them, and to explain Ibn Hazm's approach in the field of jurisprudence as the author of the virtual doctrine. This doctrine was associated with his name and became known as Ibn Hazm al-Dhahiri.
