Parliamentary Electoral Systems in Iraq Adopted After 2003

Abstract

The reform of the electoral system is a change in the electoral systems to improve the method of public expression of desires in the election results, and electoral reform is a permanent feature of any democratic system. Thus creating an electoral system suitable for Iraq becomes an important matter, in order to achieve the requirements of democratic transition after 2003.
