Abstract

Turkey witnessed an era of government instability due to the formation of many of the coalition governments which are a form of government of Turkey has neverseen before.
     This coalition governments  which had been formed during the 1961-1965 era characterized by weakness and failure to resolve the country's economic and social problems due to the ongoing political wrangling  among the participating parties in the coalition.                                                                   
    The voters were being tired of weak governments , Therefore voted for the Justice party   in elections October 1965  that enabled to forming a government alone .
