Legitimacy of the Palestinian Liberation Organization in the Rabat Conference 1974

Abstract

Occupied Palestinian cause all Arab countries, was not just a passing issue in the Arab memory, but had been living in the minds of Arabs to restore the usurped land, so they fought Israel in 1967 and lost the war, and continued the attempt in 1973 to gain little from victory with compromised land usurped, and came conferences Algeria and Geneva, who failed to reach a comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue because of American pressure exerted on the number of the vehicle states with a number of proposals by the American architect of that stage, Henry Kissinger, who played a major role in keeping the (Israel), untouched all the Arab countries, so it was a meeting of Arab again in Rabat to give the Palestinian Liberation Organization, the legitimate representative of the Palestinians in the Arab and international forums and to end the problem of representation, to give Palestine a greater role in dealing with her case and defend their rights usurped against the enemy (Israel).
