Abstract

What was the subject of jurisprudential rules of important issues in Islamic jurisprudence , I chose a number doctrinal issues on according to the base of the more rule all , that indicate mitigation and easier for people and not assigning them including not afford the achievement of worship , it has necessitated the nature of the research divided the Study of only one featuring a number of doctrinal issues that you have chosen for this rule and showed the sayings of the scholars and their evidence and choose correct opinion of them dependent on the strength of evidence
