Abstract

From the above study of letter text and it s term,s and rebuild its  historical article to open avenues for future about the important of Diwan,s Letters to reveal the historical even,ts in order to show the reason,s which may be absent from or out of hands of the historical of this era especially that must of them dated by years in which extrapdation of the political، economical and cultural life and a detailed descriplion of the event،s and details seem in form ( in telligence news) sumited  to kalipha from his deputies as provide news or inquiry and by all present anew article is not available to our primary resources.             
From the other hands these letters been written in a sophisticated Literary and Linguistic style reveal the culture of the era in which Letters been written and the prestige of the state men and senior staff and the style of writing Letters according to provided rules from the top to the Low and vice versa and the terms that these writers comply with in order to express their Loyality  and Fulfillment and resepect  for any one who is higher or Lower and be creative in using verbals and many expressions and art s available to highlights their abilities and capabilies in expressions and the study of such Letters should open another avenues to discuss our Linguistic treasures and wealth
