Abstract

Each political foundations of the system is based, if we look at the Western political systems have seen that based on individual freedom, which launches the hand of man in the world affairs, including the state and society policy without any restrictions and celestial away from God orders and prohibitions.
    for the Islamic political system is based on the foundations of a solid back of the legitimate costs and those of the Shura, justice and freedom props, and that those props are mentioned in the Qur'an directly and indirectly ordering God first thing exalted the work principle of Shura and achieve justice and spreading freedom, this research aims to clarify the foundations of the system of government in Islam.
